Sowerby Bridge’s Mr and Mrs Claus visited a Halifax children’s hospital ward laden with sweet treats for its poorly patients.

Paul and Jane Bottomley visited Calderdale Royal Hospital with gifts for its Christmas day young patients.

The couple, from Sowerby Bridge, delivered 50 selection boxes for children too poorly to be at home on Christmas day.

Paul and Jane delivered the confectionery to staff on the ward, pictured, prior to December 25, in time for nurses to give out on Christmas day.
