A MAN who exposed himself in front of two young girls has been given a supervision order.

Christopher Murray, 26, formerly of Elland, also touched one girl’s breast and sent her graphic and indecent text messages in December last year.

Murray, who has learning difficulties, told one of the girls, 12, that he loved her and the he wanted to be her boyfriend.

He also tried to hold her hand on several occasions, Bradford Crown Court heard.

He pleaded guilty to indecent touching of a child under the age of 13, inciting sexual activity with a child under 13 and indecent exposure.

During sentencing, His Honour Jonathan Durham Hall told Murray these kind of offences were unacceptable.

“You know what you did was wrong and you’ve admitted that to me,” he said.

“You thought you were playing but you were in fact hurting them. This must never happen again,” he added.
