A 15,000 ft skydive gave Stephen Meadows the best experience of his life.

The 29-year-old challenged himself to jump before he was 30 and in the process raised more than £500 for Leukaemia Care.

“It was absolutely fantastic and I loved every second,” said Mr Meadows, of Ovenden, Halifax.

“I would love to do it again and would recommend it to anyone.”

He bust his fundraising target of £250 from the jump at Hibaldstow, Lincolnshire.

In previous years he has completed several sponsored runs for various charities.

Mr Meadows, a risk pricing analyst with Lloyds Banking Group, is actively involved at the Halifax Salvation Army where he is corps secretary, band musician and choir member.
