The Courier’s Song for Christmas competition is now well underway and the race for our Christmas Number One is hotting up.

We have had some fantastic entries this year, featuring renditions of festive favourites, the old classics, plus those songs with a more modern Christmas twist.

On Christmas Eve, we’ll be announcing our very own Song for Christmas ‘Number 1’, decided by the article with the most page views.

Foxhill Primary School in Queensbury was leading the way last week, but Whitehill Academy has raced up the charts to steal the top spot.

There’s still time for your school to climb up our chart, so don’t forget to share your school’s video.
