Drivers are being warned to be wary of frost and icy patches on the roads as temperatures drop below freezing.

Calderdale Council’s highways department is deploying gritters to treat the roads.

The Met Office has forecast that temperatures will drop to -1C by midnight and will still be around freezing at 9am on Monday which could make the morning commute tricky.

Drivers are advised to take care on the roads and be aware of any changes in the conditions.
