Motorcyclist hospitalised following serious crash in Hipperholme
A motorcyclist was hospitalsied after a two-vehicle crash in Hipperholme yesterday (Wednesday).
The collision involving a black BMW car and a white Honda motorcycle happened on Southfield Terrace at 12.43pm. The motorcyclist was taken to Leeds General Hospital with “serious but non-life-threatening” injuries.
Roads were closed - from the Shelf Roundabout to Denholme Gate Road, and from Denholme Gate Road to Southfield Terrace -for several hours to allow police to investigate the scene.
Any witnesses are asked to call the Western Area Roads Policing Team via 101.
