UPDATED: Road re-opens after man hurt in accident
A man in his 70s has been taken to hospital following an accident in Northowram.
The accident happened at 2pm in Back Clough, the main road between Halifax and Shelf. The man’s vehicle is believed to have crashed into a number of parked cars before overturning.
He has been taken to hospital with what are believed to be minor injuries.
The A6036 was closed for around two hours.
