Woman and child in Bradford flat fire
A woman and child had to be helped at a second floor flat fire in Bradford.
Halifax firefighters attended the incident on Chain Street at 11.10am today (Tuesday) along with crews from Bradford, Fairweather Green and Odsal.
The flat fire saw four breathing apparatus, two hose reels, an aerial appliance and positive pressure ventilation fan was used to extinguish the blaze.
The woman and child were treated by the ambulance service for smoke inhalation.
