Birds of prey, bouncy castles, food tents and Punch and Judy are just some of the things you can expect at the West View Park Family Fun Day.
Taking place until 4pm today, (Saturday) the Highroad Well event - which is free to attend - also features some 25 local community charity stalls, drum performances and more.
It is the third year the event has taken place, and co-organiser Pete Tait said he hopes it becomes the first of which the rain has stayed off at.
“Fingers crossed, touch wood, hopefully it will be the first year it doesn’t rain,” he said.
