Video: Injured walker airlifted to hospital from Pennines

The Calder Valley Search and Rescue Team have helped rescue an injured walker from the Pennine hills.

The team along with Oldham Mountain Rescue team, Yorkshire Ambulance and North West Air Ambulance were called out today (Tuesday) to deal with the incident.

Blackstone Edge is a steep slope at 1,549 feet (472 m) above sea level in the Pennine hills surrounded by moorland on the boundary between Greater Manchester and West Yorkshire in England
