Mick Chatham led the walk from Hebden Bridge railway station and the group of eight ramblers, ome from as far away as Leeds, enjoyed a high level trek that took in Brearley woods, Churn Mill Joan and Midgley.

The weather was great and views showed Stoodley Pike, Crag Vale and panoramic views of the Calder Valley.
