Flood alert for Todmorden
A flood alert has been issued for Todmorden this morning (Saturday) after overnight rain has seen river levels rise to the flood alert level.
This alert has been issued from the Mytholmroyd gauge. Further rain, sometime heavy will persist this morning keeping river levels high.
But rivers tare not expected to reach flood warning levels. Brearley Fields in Mytholmroyd are expected to flood. Centre Vale Park in Todmorden is not expected to flood because the river is not forecast to reach the required level.
