Morning travel and weather update
Motorists are facing delays on the M62 with surface water causing hazardous driving conditions.
Delays are occurring between J18, M60 (Simister Island) and J21, A640 (Milnrow), because of surface water.
There are currently no major delays on the buses and trains.
Weather wise, it is due to rain throughout the morning, afternoon and night, with temperatures staying between 4 and 5 Celsius
