Yarn explosion to welcome the tour

A group of knitting and wool fanatics are aiming to decorate Brighouse to welcome the cyclists and visitors and are asking for help from the community.

The group is looking for donations of spare wool or anyone who can knit, crochet or sew to create a yarn trail.

Knitters can help by cretaing designs such as yellow jersey bunting, flowers, pom poms, leaves, squares, strips which can then be sewn together to create features.
