I recently travelled into Halifax on a Centrebus service and took my small dog. I have a disability bus pass. I was charged 50p for each journey by the female driver, who stated that Centrebus had always charged for dogs.
If it’s a space issue then I feel discriminated against. Why aren’t prams, which can take up two seats, charged for? Or will obese people, who take up more than one seat, be refused entry on crowded buses?
