Two youths from Halifax have been arrested and charged with a total of 12 offences including burglary, damage and theft.
Officers from the Halifax Neighbourhood Policing team arrested the pair yesterday evening (Thursday) and both were bailed until July 13 when they will appear youth court.
When they appear at court Calderdale police will apply for a criminal Behaviour order which will have conditions with a power of arrest to hopefully curb their behaviour.
Police Sergeant Ben Doughty said: “This job was a real partnership effort by Calderdale Council’s ASB team and Police in consultation with the youth offending team.
“All partners were in agreement that this robust action was required and all remain committed to putting an end to the issues we have been experiencing.”
