The aspiring fashion designer was found dead in her west London flat on Wednesday (13 March), following reports of a cardiac arrest.
Louis Tomlinson, 27, was told of her death on Wednesday and has cancelled his appearance on Comic Relief tonight.
Felicite and Louis (who shared five other siblings) lost their mother, Johannah, to Leukemia in 2016.
Last week, the Doncaster-born singer released a song he wrote to help his family deal with the grief.
Police were called by London Ambulance Service at 12:52 on Wednesday 13 March to a residential address following reports of a woman having a cardiac arrest.
