Dagenham and Redbridge v FC Halifax Town LIVE

No team in the National League has scored more goals this season than Dagenham and Redbridge (47).

Top-scorer Angelo Balanta is capable of scoring and making goals, has plenty of experience at this level from a previous spell with Boreham Wood and scored in The Daggers’ 3-0 home win over Halifax last season.

The away team hasn’t scored a goal in the last four games between these teams

Town’s last win here

Came in April 2004 when Craig Midgley’s penalty sealed a 1-0 win for The Shaymen. Since then, it’s been seven visits without a win

Kieran Green will definitely be out, Kian Spence is likely to be. Jordan Slew could return and if so, I’d expect him to start. Niall Maher is a doubt, so will have to wait for the team news on him. So it’s difficult to predict a starting 11 taking all that into account. I’d imagine Aaron Martin will keep his place after having a decent debut last time out. Luke Summerfield must be pushing for a start after doing well off the bench against Boreham Wood, so wouldn’t be surprised to see him in from the off. We’ll see in around 40 minutes

A win would be a terrific result for Town today but if you offered me a draw now, I’d take it. Town have looked out of sorts in the last couple of games so it’s the performance as much as the result that I’ll be looking for today. Want to see Town back to what they’re good at, playing out from the back, no fear, progressive, purposeful possession and creating lots of chances with sharp, quick interplay in the final third. Won’t be easy though against a good Dagenham team who are in the play-off places and have goals in their side

Dagenham and Redbridge: P25, W13, D3, L9, F52, A35

Halifax: P30, W18, D6, L6, F50, A29
