It’s a pretty grim afternoon here in Kent, so let’s hope The Shaymen can brighten it up by booking their place in the second round. Won’t be an easy task though - and if Town do make it look easy they’ll have done very well. Ebbsfleet are unbeaten this season and sit top of the National League South. They have lots of experience in their squad, they’re full time and are generally in a very good place as a football club - not ideal opponents for Halifax, who progress of recent weeks will be tested here, make no mistake.
