FC Halifax Town: New date for Hartlepool clash
FC Halifax Town’s home game with Hartlepool United in the National League has been rearranged for Tuesday, March 2 (7pm).
The game was originally scheduled for January 2, rescheduled for January 12 and the rescheduled again for February 2, but all have falled victim to cold weather and freezing temperatures in Calderdale leaving the Shay pitch unplayable.
The postponements have caused friction between some supporters of the two clubs, with Sky Sports presenter and Hartlepool United club president Jeff Stelling also weighing into the arguments on social media.
