FC Halifax Town: Pitch inspection to take place ahead of Southport FA Trophy tie

There will be a pitch inspection at The Shay at 3.45pm today (Friday) ahead of FC Halifax Town’s FA Trophy tie against Southport.

On Twitter, The Shaymen said: “Given the recent snow and sub zero temperatures there will be a pitch inspection at 3.45pm ahead of our game tomorrow against Southport.

“We’ll update you once we have more news.”

Town’s National League game at home to Hartlepool on Tuesday night was postponed due to a frozen pitch.
