FC Halifax Town: Shaymen appoint Fullarton as new manager
Fullarton was sacked after only 70 days in charge at Notts County, between January and March 2016 - his only managerial job.
He replaces Billy Heath, who departed The Shay after their 2-1 defeat at Leyton Orient in January.
