Town, like most non-league clubs, are facing a challenging time during the coronavirus lockdown, with football on an enforced break and no income.

It is unclear if or when the season will start again, so the supporters club have generated funds which will be donated to the club to help see them through this period.

Rob Brown, from the supporters club, said: “So far we have had 35 supporters donating online. They have donated a wonderful total of £805 for which we really appreciate.

“Our initiative will remain open during the lockdown to enable fans to donate at anytime. Donations can be anything from £1 upwards, every donation helps.

“All donations are passed to the club to assist them during this difficult time.

“The Supporters Club wish to thank everyone for their generosity and ongoing support. It will be great to get back to football one day.”
