FC Halifax Town v Dover LIVE

Dover haven’t scored a goal in seven hours of football away from home.

Halifax: P35, W20, D7, L8, F57, A34

Dover: P34, W1, D6, L27, F23, A75

Highlights from Dover’s last game - a 6-0 thrashing by Barnet

Jay Benn, Harvey Gilmour, Kieran Green and Matty Stenson have all just come off the pitch after doing their warm ups, so seems pretty clear they won’t be involved today

Would imagine Pete Wild may well keep the same side that started the win at Weymouth. Seems to like to keep things the same if there’s no reason to change it. Obviously the likes of Matty Warburton, Jack Senior and Zak Dearnley pushing for starts.

Adam Herczeg has shown 36 yellow cards but no red cards in ten National League games this season. Took charge of Halifax’s 2-0 win at home to Altrincham in August and their 1-0 defeat at Solihull in October.

A lovely sunny, and a bit cold, day at The Shay. Pitch certainly looks better than the last time I saw it. Still far from perfect but looks good for having had a break from action. Should be a fairly straightforward afternoon for Town, especially if they get the first goal. I’m tempted to start looking at biggest wins over the last few years, but I don’t want to get ahead of myself. After all, I’d take 1-0 right now
