Stenson was forced off injured just 16 minutes into his debut against Wealdstone on Tuesday night.
And it has now been confirmed that his season appears to be over.

“It’s not been a great week for us,” said Wild. “Anything that could go wrong has gone wrong. “There’s been a lot of uncontrollables, but that’s football, that’s life. We’ve just got to get on with it. “We’re doing things well, we’re doing things right, and things will change.”
Stenson is due to see a specialist next week, say Town, to discuss his next steps.
Wild added: “I’m devastated for him. He’s a young lad, at the height of his career, and his career’s stopped again.

The news on Stenson means it is even more important Wild tries to bolster his attacking options.
“We’re trying to (add to the squad), we’ve been trying for the last few days but Covid’s proving very difficult when trying to get loans in,” he said.
