FC Halifax Town: Williams agrees new deal at The Shay

Danny Williams has signed a new one-year contract with FC Halifax Town.

The 32-year-old winger played 25 league games for Town last season, and started the play-off clash at Boreham Wood in July.

He was deployed at left wing-back during the second half of the season, moving from his more familiar role as a left-winger.

He joins Niall Maher, Nathan Clarke, Jeff King and Jamie Allen of last season’s squad who have agreed new contracts.
