Gloucester City 1 Halifax Town 3
Two goals from James Dean helped Town to victory in their final league game before they take on League One leaders Charlton Athletic in the FA Cup.
Dean, who will miss the cup tie through suspension, opened the scoring with a stunning strike after 17 minutes.
That was the only goal of the first half and the home side levelled when Tyler Weir fired home from the edge of the area just before the hour mark.
Town had to wait until seven minutes from the end to regain the upper hand, Dean forcing home a Jason St Juste cross from close range
And substitute Danny Holland made the game safe in the 88th minute, outpacing the defence before slamming home from 18 yards.
