Jamie Fullarton takes charge of his first game as FC Halifax Town manager when they visit Eastleigh on Saturday (3pm).
Eastleigh have lost their last three games, but only three teams have scored more home goals than them in the National League.
Only three teams have also lost fewer home games than The Spitfires.
Richard Hill stood down as manager on December 18 to concentrate on his role as director of football, with his assistant Andy Hessenthaler taking charge.
Hessenthaler was unbeaten in his first seven games, winning five, but they lost 3-1 at Maidenhead on Tuesday night.
They have not kept a clean sheet for 28 games, since September 9, and have conceded 13 in their last five matches.
Halifax, who are the lowest scorers on the road in the division, have won only once in their last 12 away games and have won only three of their 17 away league games.
Fullarton has ruled out Josh Wilde and Josh Macdonald, but it is more unclear whether Tom Denton (pictured) will recover from his ankle injury or Danny Clarke from his knee problem.
The last three games between the teams have produced 14 goals, while Halifax are yet to beat Eastleigh in any of their previous meetings.
