Tony Allan has returned to FC Halifax Town as club secretary to replace the outgoing Mike Sharman.
Mike replaced Tony in the role in 2015 when Tony left to join Chester.
In a statement on their webiste, Halifax said: “The role is a key role in the running of any football club and both Mike and Tony have demonstrated in their time at the Ccub, they are very capable and knowledgeable staff for all the key responsibilities required. We are delighted to see Tony return.
“The club would like to wish Mike Sharman, his wife Kelly and all their family all the best for the future, as they embark on a career in the licensing and hospitality trade, long may the long hot summer continue for you and ‘thank you’ Mike for your contribution over the last three years.”
