FC Halifax Town will play away to Warrington Town in the fourth qualifying round of the FA Cup.

Warrington are second in the Northern Premier League Premier Division, having won seven, drawn two and lost one of their first 10 league games.

They beat Consett AFC in the last round of the FA Cup 2-0 after a 3-3 draw in the first game.

Warrington’s squad includes former Halifax midfielder Bohan Dixon. They reached the second round of the FA Cup in 2014 before losing to Gateshead.

The Shaymen lost 3-1 at home to Tranmere in the fourth qualifying round last season.

The game will be played on the weekend of Saturday, 20 October.

The winner will receive £25,000 and a place in the first round proper of the competition.
