FC Halifax Town: Youth team into cup final

James Sunderland and Ousman Cham put The Shaymen into a 2-0 half-time lead at the Weetwood Sports Park in Leeds before Hastings’ Jordan Earl was sent-off just before the hour mark.

Hastings got one back when Tom Climpson scored after 72 minutes. Town’s Jack Knight was then sent-off for a second booking after 84 minutes, but the result was secured when substitute Eliel Anku scored in added time.

Town will face Chester in the final, who beat Boreham Wood 4-1 in the other semi-final.
