Town striker Lee Gregory has been named Conference Player of the Season.

Gregory scored 32 goals in 40 games for Halifax last season, playing a key part in helping them to fifth in the Skrill Premier.

The 25-year-old was presented with the award at a ceremony at Celtic Manor.

He was also named in the league’s team of the year of: Mark Tyler (Luton), Steve McNulty (Luton), Ian Miller (Cambridge), Dean Wells (Braintree), Shaun Pearson (Grimsby), Craig Disley (Grimsby), Luke Gutteridge (Luton), Luke Berry (Cambridge). Andre Gray (Luton), Lee Gregory (FC Halifax Town), James Norwood (Forest Green).
