Still the only side in the entire AFL with an unbeaten tag, the Bridge will be looking to extend that against mid table Greetland.

The all round strength of Bridge could well prove too much for a Greetland side who will be looking for Jordan Winter and the evergreen Karl Jowett to pose the hosts a few problems.

Second placed Shelf FC travel to Sowerby United and are sure to give Sowerby plenty of problems.

Bottom of the table Denholme United take on Hebden Royd Red Star. Denholme are tough nuts to crack at Foster Park but will have to keep Red Star’s free scoring striker Lewis Cockroft in check.

Despite a defeat last week Northowram are showing signs of battling hard in their effort to stay up and could well get something from their game at Midgley United.

AFC Crossleys travel to Elland United needing a win to ensure their promotion to the top flight.

Calder 76 hopes of a promotion place now look slim but can keep those slim hopes alive with a win at Northowram Res.

Midgley United Res are fighting hard to reach safety and could well take something from their meeting with Salem.

Second Division leaders Ivy House face what could prove a tricky game at the much improved Shelf FC Res.

Title favourites Hebden Royd Red Star Res host the out of sorts Sowerby United Res and should be expected to win. AFC Crossleys Res recent good form has seen them climb up to fourth but they may have to be on top form to see off the much improved Sowerby Bridge Res that has won five of their last six league games.

Calder 76 Res have had a dip in form but should come out on top against Warley Rangers. St Columbas Res are faced with a tough test when they travel to Greetland Res.

Holders Huddersfield Amateurs have home advantage in the third round of the Halifax FA Cup against Shelf United. The Amateurs are well fancied to retain the cup but if Shelf bring their very best to the table they can push the holders all the way.
