As part of our nostalgia series, we look back on when Chris Wilder led Halifax to the brink of a return to the Football League by reaching the Conference play-off final in 2006.
Town were 2-1 up against Hereford with 10 minutes to go through goals from Lewis Killeen and John Grant, but ended up losing 3-2 after Ryan Green's winner in extra-time.
