Was Hartlepool's 7-1 thrashing at Gateshead on Tuesday night a good thing or a bad thing for Halifax? We'll find out by 5pm I guess. Either way it's sure to play a part this afternoon - either Hartlepool will have had the stuffing knocked out of them and will be easy to brush aside or they'll be fired up to make amends and determined to put things right. I'm sure Town will be prepared for the latter.
