1. True Grant
Arguably had his best game so far for Town at Southend, making some excellent saves and commanding his area well. Photo: Bruce Fitzgerald Photography
2. Dylan Crowe
Max Bardell's injury and AJ Warburton's long term absence could open the door for Crowe to come in from the cold at right-back. John McGrath's other option would be to play Raheem Conte on the right and Deniche Hill on the left, which he has done before. Photo: Jim Fitton
3. Will Flint
Excellent again at Southend, his performance levels have been consistently high this season. Photo: Jim Fitton
4. Shaun Hobson
At fault for Southend's penalty on Saturday but other than that, he was solid as a rock at the back again. Photo: Bruce Fitzgerald Photography
