All three could be in contention for honours. Hebden Royd Red Star make the short trip to take on Calder 76, Flying Dutchman travel to Midgley United Res and Denholme United go to St Columbas.

Newcomers Thornton CC host Shelf FC Res.

Friday sees the start of the Premier Division programme with some mouth-watering games on the list.

Newly-promoted AFC Croossleys host Sowerby Bridge and if last season’s Challenge Cup game between the pair is anything to go go by it promises to be a close affair.

Shelf FC kick off with home advantage against Northowram and should be looking at making a winning start.

Midgley United face Hebden Royd Red Star in what looks likely to be a tight affair and Greetland will be hoping for a winning start when they host Sowerby United.

The First and Second Division play their second round of games on Saturday.
