No pitch inspection planned for Gainsborough game
FC Halifax Town have confirmed no pitch inspection is planned ahead of tonight's (Tuesday) National League North fixture against Gainsborough at The Shay (7.45pm).
The game will be the third played on The Shay pitch in four days after Town’s league defeat to Gloucester on Saturday and Halifax RLFC’s Challenge Cup victory over Hunslet on Sunday.
There was plenty of rain in Halifax yesterday but there is little or no rain forecast for the rest of the day.
