Shaymen to start defence of FA Trophy at Matlock
FC Halifax Town have been drawn away to Matlock Town in the third qualifying round of the FA Trophy.
Halifax won the FA Trophy for the first time in their history last season by beating Grimsby 1-0 in the final at Wembley.
Town boss Billy Heath won the competition the year before that with North Ferriby.
Matlock are seventh in the Evo-Stik Premier Division, six points off first place, having won nine of their 17 league games so far this season.
The game takes place on Saturday, November 26 at 3pm.
