Halifax won the cup in 2013 under Neil Aspin and will progress to the quarter-finals if they win.

Heath is expected to make numerous changes for the game against Thackley, who are 15th in the Northern Counties East League Premier, four levels lower than Halifax, and lost 2-0 at Rainworth Miners Welfare last time out.

Thackley beat Glasshoughton Welfare on penalties after a 1-1 draw in the first round on October 10.

Halifax were knocked out by Silsden in the third round last season, while Thackley also lost at the same stage to Bradford Park Avenue.

Ticket prices on the night are £5 for adults and £3 for concessions.
