Town fans snap up tickets for Wembley

The club had a limited number on sale at The Shay yesterday, and friends Brian Bentley, 74, and Jamie Schofield, 24, both from Liversedge, were first in the queue.
Brian, who has been a Halifax fan for 50 years, said: “I’m taking my wife and Jamie is taking his twin brother. I’m over the moon they’ll be playing at Wembley, I never thought I’d see the day.

“I’m really looking forward to it.”
Town have also filled 12 official coaches for the clash, but that figure is set to be eclipsed by the number of unofficial coaches from pubs and clubs around Calderdale.
Hundreds of next season’s shirts, which will be worn for the first time at Wembley, have also been sold.
The game takes place on Sunday, May 22, kicking off at 4.15pm after the FA Vase Final earlier in the day, also at Wembley, between Hereford and Morpeth.
Tickets are priced at £25 for adults, £10 for concessions and £1 for children under-16.
