Hannah Cockroft nominated for Sportswoman of the Year award
Halifax's Hannah Cockroft has been nominated for the Sportswoman of the Year award at the 2018 Leeds Sports Awards.
Cockroft was named as one of the winners of the the Sunday Times Sportswomen of the Year Awards 2017, while she also won three gold medals for Great Britain in the World Para-athletics Championships last year.
The 15th annual Leeds Sports Awards take place on Thursday, March 1 at the city’s First Direct Arena.
