With a month to go until the Tour de Yorkshire cycles through the borough, Calderdale Council has released a guide to help spectators plan their day.
On Sunday 30 April the cyclists will pass through Calderdale as part of Stage three of the race.
To help you plan for the big event the Council has produced The Little Pocket Tour de Yorkshire Guide, which is full of useful information for the day.
Calderdale Council’s Cabinet Member for Neighbourhoods and Communities, Coun Susan Press, said: “The Tour de Yorkshire will be a fantastic event for Calderdale and I know a lot of people will be making plans to make the most of the day.
“This little guide is a big help, with lots of useful information on when and where to watch the race. “
The colourful, fold-out guide features a useful map of the area, showing the race route and nearby transport links. It also has details of the race timings, how to get to the route and how to spectate safely and includes cycling route ideas and bike tips.
The guides are available from Calderdale Visitor Centres, Sports Centres and libraries.
It will also be available at a weekly pop-up stall at Customer First in Brighouse on Wednesday 5 and 12 April from 2pm-4.30pm and on Wednesday 19 and 26 April from 9.30am-1pm and 2pm-4.30pm.
