Old Brods’ Project90 still on schedule

Old Brodleians chairman Andy Mear says work is still ongoing for one of the club’s most ambitious facility improvements.

Project90 will see the installation of a huge new flat training area, but despite reduced income streams due to cancelled matches and functions, the club is still on course to complete the improvements in 2021, Mear said in an update on the club’s website.
“Project90 is a year-long fundraising campaign to help make these improvements truly outstanding,” he said.

“If successful, Project90 will ensure the new area has the highest quality playing surface, a new full-size pitch with barriers and pro-standard floodlights. If the whole club pulls together we’ll be in a fantastic place this time next year.

“To support the initiative you’ll soon be able to buy a brick, Brods merchandise, make a donation or take part in various raffles or draws.”
