Ellgren managing director Jonathon Schofield said: “Ellgren are delighted to have agreed a kit and apparel partnership with Halifax RLFC for 2021 and onwards. Like Ellgren, Halifax RLFC are a prestigious name within Rugby League and have a rich history within the sport and will be a great addition to our growing portfolio of clubs.

“It has been a pleasure working with the club to produce a fantastic, high quality range of products that we are excited to put to the Halifax players, staff and supporters.”

Halifax head coach Simon Grix said: “Ellgren is a brand synonymous with rugby league and we are pleased to be a part of its resurgence. Both the training and leisure wear look very nice and the samples we have had are top quality, I am sure fans won’t be disappointed with a range for all ages. It will be nice to see our colours around town again.

“It’s probably a bit silly, but every year the lads look forward to picking up their gear and i’d guess even more so this time as we resume our identity after such a lay off.”
