All aboard the church bus
Calderdale Methodist Circuit has sold one of its churches and replaced it with four wheels and two tiers.
Bus Oasis will take to the streets across our region in a campaign to bring the church to the people; if Muhammed isn’t going to the mountain.
On its official launch, the community bus visited Southowram and Mytholmroyd. The bus will focus on community and youth projects across the region for two-three months at a time and has employed two specialised staff.
The bus will open its doors to all ages and aims to be a place to chill out, chat, play games, or browse the net.
