American rocker will play for flood relief ...

Straight from the Frontiers Rock festival in Italy,Terry Brock is coming to Todmorden for one of only five acoustic shows in the UK.

Terry,who hails from Blue Ridge, Georgia is the lead singer of 80’s AOR group Strangeways who have toured with the likes of Meatloaf and Brian Adams, also the current lead singer of USA Rock legends Giant.

He also had a spell with another AOR super group Kansas and is currently selling out concerts in Nashville with The Music of the Eagles.

With the help of his good friend Neil James, Terry agreed to play this intimate gig and will do it for the Calder Valley flood relief fund.

All proceeds from the £5 tickets will go to the fund. They are available from the following paypal address, [email protected]

Support on the night will be from Paul Uttley and Dave Thompson of Halifax based Lost Weekend who have toured with Saxon.

There may be a few tickets on the door but organisers says it is best to book in advance.

There will also be a raffle on the night with a few items of music related prizes to help towards the fund.
