Aspiring actors invited to tread the boards

Anyone interested in having a go at acting is invited to taster sessions organised by the Halifax Thespians.

The sessions are informal and open to anyone over the age of 16. They are not auditions but will give anyone interested in the craft of acting the chance to take part in sample scenes from the four main stage productions for the spring/summer 2017 season.

The four plays are: Ronald Harwood’s comedy ‘Quartet’; the thriller ‘Stone Cold Murder’; ‘Handbagged’, about the relationship between Margaret Thatcher and the Queen; and Noel Coward’s richly comic play ‘Present Laughter’.
