Barges, beer and sweetmusic
Here’s to a great weekend ahead in Brighouse where the annual Canal, Beer and Music Festival takes place through Saturday and Sunday.
The canal will be full of barges, the town centre closed off to traffic and resonating to music from three separate stages, and there’ll be more produce, crafts and ale than you can shake a stick at. A great place to while away the hours and just take it all in. And better still it doesn’t cost a penny to get in.
