Fantastic artists from near and far are playing at some of Calderdale’s iconic independent music venues this weekend.
On Friday, there’s Berlin-based indie pop group Matching Outfits performing at Halifax’s Grayston Unity, and DJ duo Bodipa performing at Todmorden’s Golden Lion.
On Saturday, Skipton Brass is performing at Halifax Minster’s Last Night at the Proms event, and Frankie Heart brings soul and Motown to Halifax’s Westgate Arcade as part of the Super Saturdays series.
In the evening, Cardiff-based Middings performs at Grayston.
There’s lots on in Sowerby Bridge across the weekend at Puzzle Hall Community Pub and The Blind Pig, and there’s folk on at Hebden Bridge’s Trades Club on Saturday evening.
